Please note that certain specialized electronics and professional cinema cameras may be subject to restocking fees or specific manufacturer restrictions.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, ensuring the gear is in like-new condition.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable, insured carrier to our Los Angeles service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
